Tajik IS Widows Say They’re Paying For Their Husbands’ Actions, But Courts Aren’t Convinced 

Dozens of Tajik women — the widows of Islamic State fighters — are serving prison terms at home or abroad for “supporting IS.” Hundreds of others are stranded in Syrian camps. Many of the women claim they merely followed their husbands to the conflict zone, but Tajik officials aren’t so sure.
